We've finally reached the 12th week of this project! Looking back it didn't seem so long even though 3 months had passed. I still remember writing my very first blog post. Anyway I feel like I learned a lot during these past three months that I am excited to apply to my future workouts. I feel that even though I hadn't reached my goal I am still proud that I was able to push myself to go to the gym for 3 months. This project contributed a lot in my motivation to go to the gym. I am also very excited to keep working out in the future and see what the future brings us. I think that I will start to set goals for my workouts just so that I can have something to strive for. My first one will be to still reach that 6 pounds of muscle goal. These goals can help me push myself to the extreme and help me get as big as I can. Just because I didn't reach my goal doesn't mean that I failed, it just means that I still have something to strive for. Final Results |
