About meIm Roman Yauri and I had recently started to want to take better care of my body and I thought what better way to do that than by joining the gym! Before this project was even announced I have been going 3-4 times a week to the gym and I have tried eating better. I am still very new to working out and still have many unanswered questions about going to the gym. I am very much still a newbie at working out and I would like to get better and more experienced throughout this project. I have been watching many fitness videos on Youtube as well to get a better understanding of the best exercises to do that will affect muscle growth.

About this Project |
My fitness goal for this project is to gain 6 pounds of muscle in 3 months or 12 weeks. I plan to showcase this by setting up a slideshow showing my workout routine and the exercises that I have tried to help me reach my goal. I also plan to record the amount of weight I can bench press at the beginning to how much I can at the end of the 12 weeks.
